What is ARMHS?
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) is a strengths-based, person-centered, recovery-focused program designed to assist individuals with mental illness in overcoming the limitations imposed by their symptoms so they can live independently in their homes or other places of residence. 

Who is eligible

Be 18 years old or older. Be diagnosed with a serious mental illness Have a significant impairment in functioning.
ARMHS is available to Minnesota residents receiving Medical Assistance (MA, PMAP).               

What can I expect?

ARMHS worker will meet you in your home or community. 
ARMHS Worker will collaborate with your healthcare provider, case manager or Family if needed. ARMHS worker will meet with you at least weekly.
