Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) is a strength-based, person-centered, recovery-focused program that assists people with mental illnesses function independently in their homes.

Who is Eligible
Be 18 years old or older. Be diagnosed with a serious mental illness Have a significant impairment in functioning. 
ARMHS is available to Minnesota residents receiving Medical Assistance (MA, PMAP).

What can I expect? 
ARMHS worker will meet you in your home or community ARMHS Worker will collaborate with your healthcare provider, case manager or Family if needed. ARMHS worker will meet with you at least weekly.
